不管一件事的初衷是什么，只要不合道，就不会有圆满的结果，也很容易会带来烦恼、痛苦和不幸。合道的行为，则是顺应自然的，不去刻意地追逐，也不强求结果，所以心上没有负担，也不会觉得沉重。

No matter what the original intention of one's doing a thing is, as long as it is not consistent with the Tao, there will be no satisfactory result, and it also easily leads to trouble, pain, and misfortune. Instead, if it follows the Tao and never deliberately pursues corresponding results, one won't feel burdened or heavy.
